How to use them

Open the file, copy everything, and paste it into an HTML block in your editor (a Custom HTML block in WordPress, a Code Block in Squarespace, or an Embed in Wix). Each template carries its own scoped CSS, so it won't inherit or fight your theme's styles. Edit the text directly — there's no build step and nothing to install.

Licence

Use them on any site, personal or commercial, modified or as-is. No attribution is required — every template ships with a small “Template by LensNutra” credit at the bottom which you're welcome to delete. If you keep it, thank you; it's a plain branded link and it's marked nofollow, so it won't affect your site's SEO in either direction.

Want the interactive version?

These are static blocks you edit by hand. If you'd rather embed something your readers can actually use, the free calculator widgets are live tools — BMI, calories, macros and more — that update themselves. There's also a food calorie database if you need real numbers to fill these templates with, and printable planners if you want paper.
