Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

SirVendor Inc. (“LensNutra”, “we”, “us”) built LensNutra to help you track your nutrition and health. We take your privacy seriously — especially your health data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account & profile: name, email, and the details you enter to build your plan (age, sex, height, weight, goals, activity level, diet preferences).
  • Meal photos & logs: photos you take of food, and the meals, calories, macros, water and notes you log.
  • Progress data: weight entries and any progress photos you choose to save.

Health & fitness data

With your permission, LensNutra reads and writes data through Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android) — such as steps, workouts, weight, sleep, and heart-rate metrics. This data is used only to power features you see in the app. We never sell it and never use it for advertising.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage & device data: app interactions, device type, OS version, and diagnostics, used to improve the app and fix crashes.
  • A random installation identifier used for analytics. It is not linked to your name.

How we use your information

  • To provide core features — food logging, calorie and macro tracking, meal planning, and health insights.
  • To personalize your calorie and nutrition plan.
  • To process your meal photos and return nutrition estimates (see “AI processing” below).
  • To operate subscriptions, provide support, and improve reliability and performance.
  • To send optional reminders and notifications you control in settings.

AI processing of meal photos

When you scan a meal, the photo (or a compressed version of it) is sent to a third-party AI processing provider that returns the food identification and nutrition estimate. Photos are transmitted securely and used to generate your result. We do not use your meal photos to identify you or sell them to advertisers.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with service providers who help us run the app, under contract:

  • AI nutrition provider — to analyze meal photos and return nutrition data.
  • Analytics & crash reporting (e.g. Google Firebase) — to understand usage and diagnose crashes. Health values are never sent to analytics.
  • Subscription management (e.g. RevenueCat and the app stores) — to process and validate purchases.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. You can edit or delete data in the app, revoke health permissions in your device settings, or contact us at [email protected] to exercise any of these rights. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Much of your tracking data lives on your device. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify the personal data associated with it, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.

Security

We use encryption in transit and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.

Children

LensNutra is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
